Steps

Enter the building lobby
Main gate 12 Nguyễn Hữu Cảnh, security guard on the left. Say 'guest room 1204' to enter.

Take the elevator card
Lockers in the ground floor lobby, compartment number 25, unlock code 1379. Take the key card, return the locker when leaving.

Go to the 12th floor.
Swipe card on the reader inside the elevator and press floor 12. Exit, turn right, last room at the end of the hallway.

Unlock the apartment door
Enter the door code then press # to open. The lock automatically re-locks after 30 seconds.

Turn on the circuit breaker.
The electrical box is right next to the door. Flip all aptomat UP when entering the room.

Washing machine & trash
The washing machine is in the bathroom. Press the power button and select program number 3. Place trash in front of the door before 8pm; someone will collect it.
